Den er i 1890 beskrevet som gammel, men ret vedligeholdt. I 1893 udvides med \u201dkn\u00e6kket\u201d op p\u00e5 Svinget. Der indrettes hestestald, kostald og lo. Derfor er der de 2 tr\u00e6porte og tr\u00e6lem. S\u00f8llingsg\u00e5rd for n\u00e6nsom renovering efter brand. Flot tag med brugte tegl og fire vinduestegl. Udluftningskviste p\u00e5 bagsiden. Flot diskret skorsten. Renovering d\u00f8r og d\u00f8rtrin. Her er bevaret en enest\u00e5ende udsigt over by og havet. Der er foretaget en gennemg\u00e5ende renovering af bygningen i respekt for husets byggestil. De koblede ruder med kitfalds er bevaret. Originale vinder er bedst, men koblede ruder er i overensstemmelse med bevaringsbestemmelserne.
